To enter the Indoor Athletics Centre, press the button on the barrier to the right of the entrance door. Go to reception to register your car for free (you’ll have to this each time you attend). Wait in reception for your physiotherapist.

FROM UXBRIDGE TOWN CENTRE (Post Code UB8 3PH)
Feed right into the slip road at the traffic lights from Uxbridge Road onto Kingston Lane (sign for Brunel University).
On Kingston Lane to right at the roundabout into Brunel University.
To park turn right at the next roundabout (the indoor athletics centre is behind this roundabout if you’re walking) and drive until you reach the barrier. Press the silver button if it doesn’t automatically open (say you’re here for physiotherapy). Turn immediately either left into the Sports Centre car park or right into the gravel car park and park here. Don’t pay for parking.
Walk back toward the roundabout you just turned right at. As you approach the roundabout the Indoor Athletics Centre is large building to the right of the roundabout.

FROM HILLINGDON HOSPITAL
Turn into Kingston Lane from Pield Heath Road. Drive 300 metres and turn left at the roundabout to enter Brunel University.
