I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Richard Thompson for his incredible skill and effort to get me to the start line of the World Masters Athletics champs this weekend – against all the odds. He is a complete superstar……I finished 9th, which is a minor miracle to be honest, and got to the finish with no ill effects really.  Again a massive thank you for all of your wizardry.
