I would recommend Rich Thompson to anyone suffering with chronic pain or long term injuries.
I first saw Rich a year after a hip arthroscopy, and was still struggling with pain in my groin and lower back area. Rich identified muscle weaknesses that were contributing to the pain, and after following his recommended exercises for a few weeks the pain disappeared completely and I was able to return to sport.
A year after that, I was training for an ironman and was getting achilles pain a few weeks out from the event. Rich quickly got me to a point where I could run again and I successfully completed the ironman.
2 years previous, before I saw Rich, I did not think I would be able to run again, let alone complete an ironman which included running a marathon. For this reason I would highly recommend him.
